What information should I include?
Whatever you have. Your business, what you are trying to improve, your current website if you have one, and any deadline or constraint that matters. If you are not sure what you need, say that instead and we will work it out.
Can I contact you about an existing website?
Yes, most projects start with a site that already exists. We can review it, tell you what is worth keeping and what is holding it back, and work from there rather than rebuilding by default.
Do you work with local businesses?
Yes. Most of what we do is for local and service businesses, and we also work with clients further afield. Where you are based is rarely a limitation.
Can I ask about multiple services?
Yes. Website design, SEO and paid advertising often overlap, and it is common to need more than one. Mention everything you are considering and we will tell you honestly what to prioritise first.
Do you offer consultations before starting?
Yes. The first conversation is free and carries no obligation. It is there to work out whether we are the right fit, and it is fine if the answer is no.
